Construction at Torun Sultantepe, one of Torun İstanbul's flagship projects, is progressing rapidly on schedule. Following the successful completion of ground reinforcement and foundation shear-wall concrete works, structural and signature facade cladding works have begun.
The natural stone cladding and bronze-anodized architectural details chosen for the project were meticulously selected to form a flawless harmony with the historic Bosphorus silhouette. Built to high earthquake-safety standards with state-of-the-art insulation layers, the blocks represent the highest level of modern engineering.
With its high ceilings, spacious duplex layouts and panoramic facades opening onto uninterrupted Bosphorus views, Torun Sultantepe promises its residents a comfortable, privileged and secure life. Work continues on-site in double shifts to deliver the project to its rightful owners on the scheduled delivery date.
