Official zoning and construction permit approvals have been successfully completed for our new urban transformation project on the Salacak shore, one of Istanbul's most valuable coastal stretches. Following 100% agreement reached with rights holders, the project has moved into the site preparation and excavation stage.
In place of the existing at-risk structures, boutique residences will be built that are fully compliant with current earthquake codes, feature enclosed parking, energy-efficient design and smart-building infrastructure. The project will combine the Salacak shore's unique historic atmosphere with contemporary architectural comfort.
